Marisol Morales &
Alejandro Larenas

Alejandro & Marisol are part of the new generation of tango dancers and maestros in Argentina. They stand out by their creativity in their teaching and by always trying to pass on the essence of tango and the evolution of the technique. Their dancing is based on improvisation and musical interpretation. They developed their teaching in various events and festivals as maestros and dancers in Argentina, Great Britain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Canada and Cyprus. In Buenos Aires they taught in different tango school like Escuela Unitango, La Viruta Tango y Club Gricel. They were part of the Noche de nueva generacion as dancers in the Festival Internacional C.I.T.A. in 2006 and 2007.

Alejandro & Marisol took part of FITM 2007 and teached at Tango Libre in Montreal.

Nancy Louzan &
Damian Essel

Renown dancers and teachers, Nancy and Damian both grew un in artistically stimulating environment and discovered tango as young adults. Since they met the first time on a milonga floor, they toured around Europe, Asia, Oceania and America since 1997 giving classes, seminaries and exhibitions.  They participated to many festivals in Argentina and abroad and were also judge for international tango competitions.  Among other things, the made an instructive tango video in 2 volumes.

Vanessa Fatauros &
Lucas Molina Gazcon

Vanessa has been teaching in Escuela Mora Godoy and Escuela Carlos Copello. In 2003 she danced with Jorge Fatauros, her father, in the Danskaravaan. She worked as an assistant of Martinez Paz at the Campionata Mundial de Baile de Tango. At Cita she has been an assistant to several maestros.

Vanessa gave workshops and performed at several Milongas in Holland.

At this moment she is teaching at escuela Tango Brujo.

In March 2007 she worked with Lucas Molina Gazcon at the Tango Festival Marathon in Washington DC and they performed in a salon in New York.

She has been dancing in many Bs Ais.salons like: Salon Canning - la Papelera - la Cathedral - la Viruta - Casa de Tango( la Ventana ).

Additionally to his performances on stage, Lucas has been a key figure in such renown places as Cochabamba 444, Salón Canning, La Viruta and  Porteño y Bailarín between others. Lucas is also crediting many other teachers for his passion of the dance as well as for his education and his level of dancing: Juan Carlos Copes, Mingo & Esther Pugliese, Amelio, Gustavo Naveira and Giselle Anne and Mariano Chicho Frumbolli.

Roxana & Fabian Belmonte

Roxana & Fabian Belmonte, were both born in Buenos Aires, Argentina; like the tango itself.  Since their childhood, their hearts have beaten to the rhythm of the tango. They were raised from a very tender age to live and breathe the Tango Culture.

Their performance has been enthusiastically applauded by audiences around the world and received outstanding reviews from the critics.

Remarkable performers, they have performed and taught internationally over the past 20 years taking their art to many countries, United States, Canada, Uruguay, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Japan, Europe and Argentina where they have appeared in many of the fabled and legendary dance halls of their native Buenos Aires as Palais De Glace, Astral Theatre, La Confiteria Del Molino, Club Almagro, Glorias Argentinas, Negracha, Esquina Anibal Troilo, the prestigious Tango Bar " Esquina Homero Manzi".

Carol Horowitz & Julio Otero

Julio and Carol teach at studio TANGO Montreal and have toured giving workshops and performances in various locations in Canada and the US.

Graceful and elegant dancers, Julio and Carol are recognized for the strong connection and dynamic energy that they share.  Dedicated to preserving the aesthetic of the traditional Argentine tango, Julio and Carol are respected for their ability to convey the intimate intensity associated with the classic argentine tango style, even while executing the most creative and avant-garde movements associated with the neo-tango genre.

Julio and Carol encourage students to enrich and personalize their tango by exploring different musical interpretations as well as by using changes of dynamics and incorporating subtle details to add texture and colour to their dance.

Agata Jakubczyk &
Gerardo Sanchez

Agata Jakubczyk and Gerardo Sanchez are teachers and choreographers at Tango Libre as well as the directors of the dance company and the school. They are known for the quality of their teaching, their thorough knowledge of tango and the high standard they set in their classes. They were invited to teach in Europe. Together, they have choreographed shows such as Sens, produce by the company, and the dance part of the Quartango presentation at Festival de Lanaudiere.

Gerardo as completed a Master Degree in Dramatic Art at UQAM. Fondator of Tango Libre, he directs the dance company since 1993. Choregrapher and stage director he worked for severa movies and for television
