Soledad Larretapia &
Ricky Biggeri

Soledad and Ricky belong to the Nuevo Tango generation. They base their influence in classical tango. Their style is based on improvisation, sensuality, energy and musicality.

Viriginia Porrino &
Cristian Cisnero

Virginia and Cristian started to study dance early.  They met in1993 while dancing in the Salta Folklore Ballet, realizing that they were both attracted to tango dancing.  They soon began to polish their tango, studying with such distinguished master as Pepito Avellaneda, etc.  They toured Japan in 1999 with Beba Pugliese.  They have also performed along side Orchestras like the Sexteto Mayor, Roberto Firpo, Armando Calo, Juan de Dios Filiberto and others.  They performed at the Olympia Theatre in Paris, the Kremlin in Moscow and joined Forever tango in Portugal in 2006. 

In Buenos Aires, they danced in La Ventana Tango Show, Teatro Astral, Metropolitan Alvear and Cervantes National Theater.  They also participated in the TV Tango documentary «A tribute to Osvasldo Pugliese» on National Geographic.

Jorge Torres

Jorge is a "milonguero". His refined talents and style place him between those outstanding choreographers and dancers of Argentine Tango. Before graduating as a teacher of dances, Jorge began his career in the Theater Colon.He has study with famous dancers and teacher of Argentine Tango such as Norberto Guichanduc, Rodolfo Dinzel, Pepito Avellaneda and Antonio Todaro.

He has danced in the most noted tango houses and theaters of Argentina and renowned orchestras of Tango. Since 1995 Jorge Torres performs with Forever Tango." In 1998 Jorge was nominated for the Tony awards for best choreography. He has recorded with Karen Kain "A Evaristo Carriego" for CBC, Canadian Broadcasting Company, directed by Luis Bravo. He was chosen to integrate the jury of the First World Championship of Argentinean Tango", carried out in the year 2003 in the city of Buenos Aires.

Mylène Pelletier

Mylène Pelletier, native of New Brunswick and holder of five Canadian Championship titles in Rhythmic Sportive Gymnastics (group level), started her tango career in Montreal in 1996. While completing her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Concordia University and attending classes at the Ecole de Mime Omnibus of Montreal, Mylène traveled to Argentina to perfect her technique with masters such as  Roberto Herrera, Graciela Gonzalez, Chicho Frumboli,  Lorena Ermocida and Estaban Moreno among others.

Mylène has dedicated herself to teaching, choreography and performing as well as the development of the technical aspects of the dance itself in the Montreal community. She has participated as interpreter and/or choreographer in several productions and television.  Mylène presently heads her own company Air de Tango and organizes numerous courses and workshops in Montreal and the surrounding area.

Nadine Jabbour &
Gerardo Sanchez

Nadine made her first steps in the world of music and dancing at an early age. At the age of six, she already was fascinated by the magic of dancing. She discovers lindy-hop, swing, salsa and, last but not least, Argentinean tango. Charmed by this emotional and intense dance, she decided, under the support and supervision of her teacher, Gerardo Sanchez, to go further and dedicate more energy and time into it. Nadine has also taken workshops with Argentina’s Maestros: Gloria & Eduardo, Aurora & Jorge and Milena & Ezequiel.

She considers dancing as the purest body language that ever existed!

Gerardo Sanchez took his first steps in Argentinean tango in 1989 and has since been a devoted dancer. He founded the Compagnie de Danse Tango Libre as well as the Tango Libre school. He his knnown for the qualty of his teaching ans his pedagogical skills.  He holds Bachelor's degree in Theater, and a master's degree in Dramatic Art at UQAM. 

He toured Eastern Europe (Russia, Poland and Czech Republic) to teach and give tango shows. 

As artistic director of the Tango Libre dance company, Gerardo is in charge of training company dancers and producing shows. He created, wrote, and choregraphed many shows fsuch as Tango Magiuque, Sens, Amurado and Discepolin. He collaborated in many TV shows and videoclip.
